My upcoming payment is excluded


Some upcoming payments are automatically excluded. This is usually because they are credit card repayments or internal transfers.


These payments should remain excluded, as including them may affect your analytics.


What if a payment should be excluded but isn’t?


You’ll need to update previous transactions from the same source and categorise them as Excluded.


What if a payment shouldn’t be excluded but is?


You’ll need to update previous transactions from the same source and assign them to the correct category instead of Excluded.


Emma will then apply this logic to future upcoming payments.


How to find previous payments


  1. Go to the Feed tab
  2. Tap See all next to Recent Transactions
  3. Tap the search icon in the top right corner
  4. Search for the payment name
  5. Update the category as needed
