Refund Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate
Refunds can be processed within 14 days from the purchase; if you have started a 7-day trial on any of our plans, this gives you 21 days to make a purchase decision.
If you are looking to get a refund from your existing subscription, you can simply follow the 'cancel subscription' funnel in the app:
Open the Emma App
Go to the Feed (main dashboard) in the Emma app
Select your profile in the top left
Tap on your plan tile on the left (e.g. "Emma Pro")
Tap on Manage
Tap on the Cancel button and follow the next steps - if your purchase qualifies for a refund, the app will show you all the details on screen and issue a payment back after cancelling the subscription.
Alternatively, you can message live chat in the app or send an email to support@emma-app.com.
Remember, our support hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm.
If you leave a message in live chat in the app , it's going to be easier to identify your account and process the refund faster.
