Refund Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate

Refunds can be processed within 14 days from the purchase; if you have started a 7-day trial on any of our plans, this gives you 21 days to make a purchase decision.


If you are looking to get a refund from your existing subscription, you can simply follow the 'cancel subscription' funnel in the app:


  1. Open the Emma App.
  2. Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
  3. Select your profile in the top left corner.
  4. Tap on your plan tile on the left (e.g., "Emma Pro").
  5. Tap on Manage.
  6. Tap on Change Plan and select the Basic plan.


Alternatively, you can message live chat in the app or send an email to support@emma-app.com.


Remember, our support hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm.


If you leave a message ** in live chat in the app **, it's going to be easier to identify your account and process the refund faster.
