Refund Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate
Refunds can be processed within 14 days from the purchase; if you have started a 7-day trial on any of our plans, this gives you 21 days to make a purchase decision.
If you are looking to get a refund from your existing subscription, you can simply follow the 'cancel subscription' funnel in the app:
- Open the Emma App
- Go to the Feed (main dashboard) in the Emma app
- Select your profile in the top left
- Tap on your plan tile on the left (e.g. "Emma Pro")
- Tap on Manage
- Tap on the Cancel button and follow the next steps - if your purchase qualifies for a refund, the app will show you all the details on screen and issue a payment back after cancelling the subscription.
Alternatively, you can message live chat in the app or send an email to support@emma-app.com.
Remember, our support hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm.
If you leave a message ** in live chat in the app **, it's going to be easier to identify your account and process the refund faster.
