What will I see on my credit report?

The credit report and score are only available to UK-based customers.

Your credit report brings together several types of information about your financial history:

  • Financial account information from the last 6 years, including open and closed accounts
  • Whether you're registered on the Electoral Register at your current address
  • Financial connections to other addresses, previous names, or people you share a financial product with (such as a joint mortgage)
  • Legal and court records, such as judgments, insolvencies, or bankruptcies
  • Searches made against your report in the last 2 years (the footprints left when an organisation checks your report)
  • Any Cifas markers, if you've registered with the UK's fraud prevention service or been recorded as a victim of fraud — these don't affect your score
  • Any Notices of Correction you've added to explain information on your report
  • Any Notice of Dispute markers, where you're querying the accuracy of information with TransUnion

Your credit report and score are provided by TransUnion and are for guidance only. Emma does not provide financial advice.
