Cancel Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate

Remember, even if you cancel your Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate subscription, you can still use the free version of Emma 😉


If you're looking for a refund on an Emma upgrade that has already been charged, follow these steps instead


To unsubscribe or cancel your Emma subscription, please follow these steps:


  1. Open the Emma App.
  2. Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
  3. Select your profile in the top left corner.
  4. Tap on your plan tile on the left (e.g., "Emma Pro").
  5. Tap on Manage.
  6. Tap on Change Plan and select the Basic plan.


Remember, this still gives you access to the subscription until it expires.
