Delete/ disconnect a bank account

If you want to delete only one account but have other accounts with the same bank you still want to see, hide the account instead.

If you'd like to delete your bank account from Emma, follow these steps:

Deleting a bank account

Select your Emma Profile icon in the top left corner of the Feed tab
Select Account
Select Bank Logins
Find the account you'd like to delete, and select Delete

This action will delete all the data we have related to that connection. Once deleted, we cannot get this data back

If you are having problems unlinking a bank account, feel free to contact us by going to the Feed tab > Select your profile picture > Select Help > Select Chat with a human.
