Bank account transaction data not refreshing or syncing

If your account is still not refreshing after you've followed these steps, you can get to the bottom of the issue by following the steps below πŸ”¨

First, check your Feed tab for any error messages, since they may offer helpful tips.

If you're not seeing any error messages at all, try the following steps:

On your Feed tab, tap your profile in the top left, then select Bank Logins
Find the bank that is not updating and select Renew Access
You'll be redirected to your bank app to renew the 90 day access to your bank data
If the issue is not resolved, or you do not see the Renew Access, reach out to us via chat

You can reach out to us by going back to Emma's Feed tab (home page) > selecting your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the screen > selecting Help > selecting Chat with a human.

Note: When you're redirected to your bank, make sure you select all the accounts you want to see in Emma, not just the ones that aren't syncing.
