Delete/ disconnect a bank account

If you want to delete only one account but have other accounts with the same bank you still want to see, hide the account instead.

If you'd like to delete your bank account from Emma, follow these steps:

Select your Emma Profile icon in the top left corner of the Feed tab
Select Account
Select Bank connections
Find the bank you'd like to delete, click on the cog icon and select Delete connection

This action will delete all the data we have related to that connection. Once deleted, we cannot get this data back
