Refresh my account


If you're in the UK πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ and you want to manually refresh your account, there are two ways to do this:

Pull the page down on the Feed tab to refresh your feed, or
Select your profile picture in the top left corner of the Feed tab, select Bank Logins and press the refresh icon in the top right corner of the screen πŸ”„

If you refresh your account and you're still missing some of your data, follow these steps

US & Canada

If you're in the US πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ or Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦, your accounts are constantly updated automatically in the background!

If notice any missing data, please reach out to our Support Team via chat.

To do so, you can locate chat by going to the Feed tab > Select your profile picture > Select Help > Select Chat with a human.
