I can’t see historical transaction data

When you first connect your bank account to Emma via Open Banking, we sync approximately the previous 12 months of your transaction history from the bank account you connect. So if you connected your bank account on the 1st of January this year, it will only show data to the 1st of January of the previous year. This is due to Open Banking regulations.


This does not mean Emma will only ever show one previous year of data, as it only applies to newly connected accounts.


If your account has been connected for a number of years, this means we will show the transactions for all of that time it has been connected to Emma, plus the historical data you currently have.
