My rent is paid from my Universal Credit

If your rent is paid directly from your Universal Credit payments, you won't be able to report it through Emma.

Emma detects the rent transactions in your linked bank accounts to report them to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. If your rent isn't coming from a bank account you have linked to Emma, we won't be able to report it for you.
