Why are my rent payments showing as Unreported?

If a rent payment is marked as Unreported, it means we weren’t able to detect your rent transaction in time for that reporting period.


This usually happens because your bank connection was disconnected when we attempted to identify and report the payment.


To make sure your rent payments are reported accurately going forward:


  1. Go to Accounts in the app
  2. Check that your bank connection is active
  3. Reconnect your bank if needed

Once your bank is connected, we’ll be able to detect and report eligible rent payments moving forward.


Please note:


  • Only payments detected while your bank is actively connected can be reported
  • Payments marked as Unreported cannot be backdated
