Can I add multiple Starling accounts to Emma?
Adding duplicate Starling accounts:
If you have multiple Starling accounts, such as a Personal, Joint, and/or Business account, you may notice that only one account appears when you first connect Starling to Emma.
This is due to the way Starling handles account connections in their app. To connect your additional Starling accounts, you'll need to add separate Starling connections in Emma.
Please make sure you're already viewing the correct Starling account in the Starling app before starting the connection process in Emma.
To add another Starling account
- Go to the Feed tab in Emma
- Tap Add account below your account balances
- Select the type of account you want to add:
Personal → this will show: Starling or Starling Joint
Business → this will show: Starling Business
- Select the relevant Starling option
- Follow the connection steps and select the Starling account you'd like to add
Once completed, your additional Starling account will appear in Emma.
