How do I cancel an autosave? 🇬🇧

Autosave is only available to UK-based customers.

There are three ways to stop an autosave, depending on what you'd like to do: skip a single upcoming payment, pause autosaving temporarily, or cancel it completely.

Skip an upcoming payment

Upcoming autosaves can be skipped up to 24 hours before the funds are collected.

Go to the Save tab.
Tap Autosave.
Tap See All next to Activity.
Tap Skip this payment.

You can only skip a payment if its status shows Upcoming, meaning the funds haven't been collected yet.

Pause autosave

You can pause autosaving at any time in the app.

Go to the Save tab.
Tap Autosave.
Tap Pause Autosave.
Choose how long you'd like to pause for.
Tap Save to confirm.

Cancel autosave completely

To cancel your Direct Debit mandate entirely, contact our support team or your bank directly.
