How do I cancel an autosave?

You can skip an upcoming Autosave payment in the app, but once a payment has been collected by Direct Debit, it can't be skipped or cancelled.

How do I skip an upcoming Autosave payment?

1. Tap the Save tab.
2. Tap Autosave.
3. Open Activity.
4. Tap Skip this payment.

You can only skip a payment while its status shows Upcoming, which means the funds haven't been collected yet.

What if my Autosave has already been collected?

We can't cancel a Direct Debit once it has been collected. Wait until the funds arrive in your Pot, then request a withdrawal. How long a withdrawal takes depends on the type of Pot, and 45 Day Notice Pots have a 45-day notice period. See How long do Pot withdrawals take? for details.

How do I pause Autosave?

You can pause Autosave at any time. Pausing stops future collections. It doesn't affect a payment that has already been collected.

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Save tab.
3. Tap Autosave.
4. Tap Pause Autosave.
5. Choose how long you'd like to pause for.
6. Tap Save to confirm.

How do I cancel the Direct Debit mandate?

To cancel your Autosave Direct Debit mandate, contact our support team or your bank directly. This stops future Autosave payments. Autoinvest payments use a separate Direct Debit mandate, so cancelling your Autosave mandate doesn't stop them.
