How can I withdraw funds from Emma Save Pots?

If you’d like to withdraw funds from your Emma Pots back to your bank account, you will need to move them from your Pots back to your Available Balance first.

Moving Funds out of Emma Pots back to Available Balance

Follow these steps to move funds out of your Pot back to your Available Balance:

Select the Save tab
Select the Pot you’d like to move funds from
Select Withdraw
Select Emma Wallet as the destination to withdraw the funds to
Enter your withdrawal amount and select Continue
Select Confirm to process your withdrawal

Withdrawing funds from Available Balance

Next, follow these steps to withdraw funds from Emma Available Balance back to your bank account:

Select the Save tab
Click Withdraw
Enter your withdrawal amount and click Continue

We’ll send your withdrawal to the first bank account you used to deposit into your Emma Available Balance. If you’d like to withdraw funds to a different account, please reach out to our Support Team.

If you are withdrawing funds from your Easy Access Pot to Available Balance on a weekday before 10 am, it will be possible to withdraw them to your bank on the same day. Withdrawals after 10 am or on a weekend cannot be processed until the next working day. 45 Day Notice Pots will take at least 45 days to withdraw.
