Application Under Review

My Application is Under Review - what does that mean?

As a financial services provider, we are required to verify the identity of all of our customers. This process is known as Know Your Customer Checks.

As part of this process, we may ask you for additional documents before you can start investing or open Pots with Emma.

Our team works through pending verifications as quickly as possible, but approval times can vary depending on the current queue size. If your application remains under review for longer than expected, no action is needed unless we contact you for more information. We’ll reach out once your account is approved or if any further information is required.
