How to delete an Offline Account in Emma?

To delete an Offline Account, follow these steps:


  1. Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
  2. Locate the Offline Account under Everyday, Savings, Investments or Net Worth.
  3. Tap on the Offline Account you want to delete.
  4. Tap the settings icon (cog wheel) in the top right corner.
  5. Select Delete this account.


This will permanently delete the account and all its related transactions, and it can't be recovered.
