Renew my 90 day bank access 🇬🇧

Our connection to your bank through the Open Banking system only lasts 90 days before access must be renewed.

Under Open Banking regulations, every 90 days you need to reconnect to your bank accounts to Emma. It's to make sure you're still happy to use the service.

Renewing access to your account restarts the 90 day period. Your 90 day period can be restarted at any time.

My 90 day access has ended



Select Let's fix this on your Feed tab
Select Renew access underneath the bank that needs the access renewed
Follow the steps on your banks website/app
Once complete, you'll be redirected back to Emma
You're done! Your access should be renewed to your accounts

I want to renew my 90 day access early



Go to the Feed tab
Select your profile picture in the top left-hand corner
Tap Account then select Bank Logins
Underneath the bank you want to restart the 90 days for, select Renew Access
You'll be redirected to your bank to complete the process
You're done!

I want to renew multiple banks at once



Go to the Feed tab
Select your profile picture in the top left-hand corner
Tap Account then select Bank Logins
Tap Renew all at the bottom of the page
Tap Confirm and you're done!

Thanks to new regulations, users don't need to log back into their banking apps every 90 days. If your bank is missing from the list provided on the 'Renew all' page, it means they are still in the process of migrating over. You will need to renew access via one of the methods above.
