What happens when I get a new card?
It depends on the type of new card you’ve received.
I’ve replaced a lost, stolen, or expired card
You do not need to add a new bank login.
Your bank account details remain the same; only the physical card has changed. There’s nothing you need to update in Emma.
I’ve opened a new account with a bank I already use
If you’ve opened a new account with a bank that is already linked to Emma, you’ll need to renew your bank connection. Click here to renew your access.
When renewing access, make sure you select your new account as well as any existing accounts you want to keep linked.
I’ve opened an account with a brand new bank
If you’ve opened an account with a new bank that isn’t already linked, you’ll need to add it as a new bank login in Emma.
