What is an autosave?

When you set up autosaves in Emma these are direct debit payments from the bank account you have instructed us to take the money from to the Emma wallet and the Emma pots you have opened. The direct debits are processed by GoCardless, you can access GoCardless’ privacy note from here.

Further, your autosaves are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Payments will show as “EMMA APP TRANSFER” on your bank statement.
