Can I add two Starling accounts to Emma?

If you have a personal Starling bank account and a joint and/ or business account, you might find that when you first connect Starling to Emma you can only select one account.

This is because of how Starling has set up their app.

To add another Starling account, please follow the instructions below.

👋 Before you start on Emma, please ensure that you're already viewing the Starling account you want to link on the Starling app

Go to the Feed tab i.e Emma's home page
Tap Add account at the bottom of your account balances
Select what type of account you'd like to add (Personal or Business)
Find Starling - you'll get a notification that you already have Starling linked (as we usually want to avoid two bank logins for the same bank) but ignore this message for now!
Tap Add a duplicate bank login
Follow the instructions, making sure to select the Starling account you don't already have linked to Emma
That's it, you're all set!

Please don't add multiple bank logins for other banks, this usually is not the correct way to set Emma up
