Can I cancel a transfer or withdrawal request?

No, once a transfer or withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

Once you confirm a transfer or withdrawal in the app, it is processed immediately and we are unable to reverse or stop the transaction.

I made a withdrawal by mistake. What can I do?

Unfortunately, once a withdrawal has been submitted, we cannot cancel or reverse it.

The funds will be transferred to your chosen bank account as requested. If you need to return the funds to your Emma wallet, you'll need to wait for the withdrawal to complete and then make a new deposit.
