Can I cancel a transfer or withdrawal request?

Emma Pots are only available to UK-based customers.

No, once a transfer or withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. Once you confirm a transfer or withdrawal in the app, it's processed immediately and we're unable to reverse or stop the transaction.

I made a withdrawal by mistake. What can I do?

Unfortunately, once a withdrawal has been submitted, we cannot cancel or reverse it. The funds will be transferred to your chosen bank account as requested. If you want to put the money back, you'll need to wait for the withdrawal to complete and then make a new deposit into your Pot or Investment account.
