How do I cancel an autosave? 🇬🇧

Upcoming autosaves can be cancelled 24 hours before the collection of the funds.

You can only skip the payment if the status shows Upcoming, meaning that the fund has not been collected yet.

You can pause autosaving at any time in the app from the Save tab.

If you are looking to cancel the direct debit mandate, you can do so by contacting Emma or your bank directly.
