How do I change my withdrawal bank account?
If you want to change the bank account used to withdraw funds from Emma Save or Invest, you’ll need to contact our Support Team.
What we'll need
When requesting the change, include the following details for the account you want to use:
- Full name
- Sort code
- Account number
In some cases, we may also need to verify ownership of the account before making the change.
To request the change, follow these steps:
- Go to the Feed (main dashboard) in the Emma app
- Select your profile in the top left
- Select Help in the top right-hand corner
- Select Chat with us
