How do I withdraw funds from my Emma Wallet?

Withdrawing funds from your Emma Wallet

To withdraw funds from your Emma Wallet, follow these steps:

Open the app.
Tap the Save tab.
Tap Withdraw.

Alternatively, you can access your Emma Wallet from the Feed:

Open the app.
Tap Everyday at the top of your Feed tab.
Tap Emma Wallet.
Tap Withdraw.

You'll only be able to withdraw funds from your Withdrawable balance — cash that's available to be sent to your withdrawal bank account.

Your Unsettled Cash represents funds that are due to you but haven't yet settled in your account. You'll need to wait for these to settle and move to your Withdrawable balance before they can be withdrawn.

How long does it take for my withdrawal to reach my bank?

Emma Wallet withdrawals are processed via Faster Payments and should arrive in your bank account within minutes, though this can sometimes take a little longer.
