I can't connect my bank
If you’re having trouble connecting your bank in the app, first check that your online banking is working correctly.
Try logging in through your bank’s website (not the mobile app). If you can log in successfully there, return to Emma and try connecting again.
Avoid making multiple attempts in a row, as this may cause your bank to temporarily block access.
If it still doesn’t work after two attempts, please wait a short while before trying again.
