What are inactive bank logins?

An inactive bank login is a connected bank that no longer syncs or displays historical data in Emma.

Bank logins become inactive when you choose not to include them within your plan’s account allowance.

If you’re on Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate, you should not see inactive bank logins, as these plans support unlimited bank connections.
