What happens when I get a replacement card?

I have a new card, replacing a lost/stolen/expired card



You don't need to add a new bank login when you get a new card for an account that you already have linked in Emma.

The bank account details remain the same, it is just the payment card that has changed, so you don't need to add anything new to your Emma app.


I have a new card for a new account with my current bank



If you open a new account with a bank you already have linked to Emma, please follow these steps to renew your access, ensuring that you select your new account along with all your old ones already linked.


I have a new card with a brand new bank



If you get a new account with a brand new bank, please follow the steps here to add a new bank login to Emma.
