Why has my autosave failed?

Autosaves are calculated each Sunday and are requested from your nominated bank account on Monday.


Your autosave might not be collected if your predicted account balance was below our minimum threshold for collection.


Your autosave can also fail if your bank declines the payment, for example, if it takes you into your overdraft or over your arranged overdraft limit.


The information on your autosave is on the Save tab in the Emma app


  1. Open the Emma App
  2. Navigate to the Save tab
  3. Tap Autosave - you'll see the current status at the top
  4. Tap See all to the right of Activity
  5. Here, you can view the current and past autosaves, and which ones have failed or been skipped
