Why is my deposit getting rejected?
If your deposits are getting rejected, it's usually because our payment provider can't match the name on your bank account to the name registered on your Emma account.
This issue commonly occurs with:
- Joint accounts
- Business accounts
- Some personal accounts
To resolve this issue, we recommend trying to make the deposit from a different personal account that clearly matches your name registered with Emma.
