How old do I need to be to use Emma?

To use the Emma app, you must be at least 16 years old.

Why is there an age requirement?

This age requirement is in place to comply with:

• Data protection regulations
• Financial services standards
• Terms and conditions of our banking partners

To be able to use our Save and Invest features, you must be at least 18 years old.

What if I'm under 16?

Unfortunately, if you're under 16 years old, you won't be able to create an Emma account at this time. We recommend checking back once you've reached the minimum age requirement.
