I can't see my referral
If you have referred someone to Emma, and you can't see this tracked on the app, you can raise it with us to add the referral for you.
Before you get in touch, please make sure the person referred has completed all the steps below to qualify you for the referral reward:
Your referral must have downloaded Emma using your unique Emma referral link on mobile
Your referral must have connected a checking/current account or credit card (PayPal or other digital wallets are not valid)
Your referral must have started a free trial on any of our premium plans to receive the benefit of an extended trial (30 days instead of 7)
Once your referee has completed the above steps, you should be able to see your referral reward in the app.
If you still can't see your referral, please let us know!
When you contact us on chat, please make sure you have:
The full name of the person you referred
Their contact details (email address/ phone number)
OR Emma Tag, which they can find in their Emma app
When you contact us via chat we can take a look at the referral for you!
